The memories that were made last night will live forever, despite my feet still killing me from standing for 9 hours straight. Witnessing one of the greatest venues ever built open its doors after spending $29/plus taxes was truly worth it.
I was here when the gates opened, standing on my feet for 9 hrs straight to secure a good spot to see the field. With enough people with me, we could take turns walking around the end zone party plaza without losing our spots for when the game started. The atmosphere was full of energy, very Mardi Gras-like, even without a spot to see the field.
